About the service

Jean Phil AI (jeanphilai.org) lets you upload a photo, pick a scene and get an AI-generated video of you in the style of Jean Phil. Jean Phil AI is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the creator of the Jean Phil character. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and buy credits.

What you can upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use:

• photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to appear in the video;
• no photos of children;
• no photos of public figures or celebrities;
• nothing sexual, violent, hateful or illegal.

Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, deceive or defame anyone. We may refuse a generation, remove a video or close an account that breaks these rules, without returning credits spent on it.

Your videos

The videos are generated by AI and are not real footage. You may download and share the videos you make, including on TikTok and Instagram, as long as you follow the platform's rules and these terms. Label them as AI-generated where the platform requires it.

AI results vary. Likeness, hands, motion and timing are not guaranteed to match the scene or the person in your photo, so review each video before you share it.

Videos are deleted 180 days after they are made, and you can delete them sooner in My Videos. Download any video you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Credits and payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. The price of each video is shown on the Generate button before you start.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• Purchased credits never expire.
• The number of credits a video costs may change. The price shown on the Generate button when you start is the price you pay.
• If a video fails to generate, every credit for that video is returned to your balance automatically.
• If you were charged but your credits did not arrive, email us and we will fix it.
• Apart from the refunds below, credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of buying a credit pack, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that pack that you have not used.
• We refund 80% of the value of those unused credits: pack price × unused credits ÷ credits in the pack × 80%. For example, if you bought the 1,000-credit pack for $29.90 and 600 credits are unused, the refund is $29.90 × 600 ÷ 1,000 × 80% = $14.35.
• Credits you spend come out of your oldest purchase first.
• Credits already spent on videos, and any free or bonus credits, cannot be refunded.
• To ask for a refund, email support@jeanphilai.org from the address on your account within 14 days of the purchase. We refund to the original payment method and remove the refunded credits from your balance. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
• After 14 days, purchases cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Scenes, prices and features may change.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
